The New York Federal Reserve recently posted a pretty fascinating tools that assesses the non-prime mortgage conditions for the country as a whole.

This tool does a great job of highlighting the regional, state, county, and even ZIP Code concentrations of the loans that are not performing. It also does a great job of highlighting the regions that have been most successful in recasting those ARMs into Fixed Rates.
